UPDATE:  HSGC Q3 General Body Meeting  (Sunday, September 21, 2025)

The HSGC Executive Counsil (EC) met on September 21, 2025 and discussed the following topics as part of the agenda.

1. The EC unanimously voted to implement the following going forward:

• Any Agreement, contract, commitment between HSGC and any Govern• ment Authorities, and/or Contractors, Temple employee will need to be approved by Executive Council.
• All the documents which are binding to HSGC will be signed only by any EC member authorized by EC.

EC to recommend Constitution Committee to Revise the constitution to include the above conditions to regulate HSGC operations.

2. The EC unanimously voted for the Election commission proposal of the date to conduct the HSGC election on December 6th, 2025 – Saturday around 4 pm in the temple premises. Details will be be announced by Election Commission.

3. Murugan devotees are working with Clermont county to get the Shed variance or Murugan Rath approved.

4. Stugo is organizing a Pickle ball fundraiser on October 11th, 2025 at Heritage Oak park.

5. Neetu ji is organizing Diwali Workshop on October 12th, 2025 Sunday in the temple basement.

6. Gurukul classes started on September 7th, 2025 – Sunday.

7. Sanjana Narvekar presented the financials to the EC.

The HSGC General Body meeting for Q3 was conducted on September 21, 2025 at Noon in the temple and was well attended by the members.

• President presented the state of the temple.
• HSGC Elections will be held on December 6th, 2025 around 4 PM in the temple basement. Details will be announced by Election Commission.
• Treasurer presented financial situation of the temple.
